Following the recommendations issued by the Government of Québec, the Ministery of Health and Social Services and Public Health, certain conditions are now required for the use of in person services. The following conditions are intented to contribute to public safety and to prevent the spread of coronavirus:

1. Remote consultations are preferred;

2. Stéphanie Lévesque, Dt.P.-Nutritionniste/RD agrees to respect the conditions established by your community/organisation;

3. Stéphanie Lévesque, Dt.P.-Nutritionniste/RD and her clients agree to respect social distancing;

4. During in person meetings, a mask or a clean face cover may be required; 

5. Hand washing is mandatory upon arrival and each time it is requested by Stéphanie Lévesque, Dt.P.-Nutritionniste/RD; 

6. Contactless payment method are preferred;

7. Stéphanie Lévesque, Dt.P.-Nutritionniste/RD undertakes to disinfect all common objects between each user.
